Very unprofessional payment service. They charged me 5 times more than what they told me. The salesman does not assumes himself as part of the company. They do not sent an invoice until I called them requesting an invoice, assuming they made a mistake. And instead of clarifying anything with me as a client. They passed on the blame to the accountant department. The movers were amazing, but the salesman does not say the true
Ryne and his team helped us move this past weekend and we were so impressed! They moved our piano with ease and tackled the stairs in our old home like champs. All of our stuff arrived in great shape and the move was faster than expected. Recommend 100%!
Hands down the best movers I've ever dealt with. They were extremely professional and detailed about everything through the entire process. My move was quick and the guys had everything moved safely to my new place. I recommend 110% to anyone who needs moving done! Update! I recently moved the other day and rebooked the Real Pro Movers team and it went as smoothly as the first time. They had all the supplies with them and were even able to help me take apart and assemble a large difficult ikea unit. The team was quick and wasted not time. I have recommended the team to other friends and they have also agreed this was the best moving experience they have had.
Our moving truck arrived right on time and the move was even faster than we were quoted! A very smooth day. I'd highly recommend Real Pro for anyone who's moving. On a day that can be very stressful, we were in good hands and relaxed.
I have only GREAT things to say about Real Pro Movers owner and team. I had to use them for a move a few years ago and last minute they were able to come and work until 2am to get the job done (including the owner). I was so impressed that I had them help with 3 more jobs and also referred them to others who used them and also had great experiences. Their communication, work ethic, open minded / solution based approach makes moving much less stressful, and their prices are very reasonable. Plus, they never damaged any items either. I highly recommend them, whether it be for home / office move, or even just a few items.
