I accepted the quote and the following day the crew started working for two long days and completed the job – “New Roof” I am very pleased with their work; they are spotless and team-organized; and the cost was reasonable. Nika Roofing replaced the roof on my house and garage in September 2024. I found their roofers to be hard, conscientious workers, who steadily worked every day doing a quadrant of the house per day, leaving the roof in good condition in the event of rainfall, which happened one afternoon. They cleaned up every day, leaving the place suitable for kids and pets. I’ve already recommended Nika to my neighbours, who witnessed this project. They included some small additional tasks such as adding fall protection brackets (my request), bird spikes on ridge ends, ridge vents (instead of the original box vents) and squirrel protection for overhangs. Gena was very responsive throughout the project and I found their pricing to be quite fair. Overall a top quality project!
Our rubber flashing around drain vents have rotted away and unfortunately our original roof installer could not make time to get it looked at. I found Nika roofing and gave them a call, Gena was incredibly friendly and immediately gave a time to come take a look in a few days, talked about the issues and promptly scheduled for the repairs the next day. I cannot recommend them enough, professional, incredibly friendly, super responsive as well as very reasonably priced. He won a loyal customer for any repairs related in me. I could not ask for a better roofer!
I knew that our roof needed work, but I didn't know where to start and I'd heard plenty of horror stories. So I asked a neighbour who is in the construction business if he knew of a good roofer. He recommended Nika Roofing, a company that had already done many houses in our area in North Vancouver. Now I know why he recommended Nika. They were responsive and professional. The owner personally inspected the roof from the inside attic (together with me) and showed me where it was leaking. The work was scheduled promptly, and the crew was professional and hard-working. The owner was on-site regularly over the course of the work, which took about 3 1/2 days. The finished roof looks great, there is obvious attention to detail, and they used top quality materials as specified in the quote. Highly recommended.
Gena and Nika Roofing were very professional, good price, efficient, tidy and did a great job on re-roofing the outdoor shed that was being re-furbished. I am including the before and after photos to show even though the job was small, it was done well. Thank you !! I highly recommend them !!
