Nika Roofing replaced the roof on my house and garage in September 2024. I found their roofers to be hard, conscientious workers, who steadily worked every day doing a quadrant of the house per day, leaving the roof in good condition in the event of rainfall, which happened one afternoon. They cleaned up every day, leaving the place suitable for kids and pets. I’ve already recommended Nika to my neighbours, who witnessed this project. They included some small additional tasks such as adding fall protection brackets (my request), bird spikes on ridge ends, ridge vents (instead of the original box vents) and squirrel protection for overhangs. Gena was very responsive throughout the project and I found their pricing to be quite fair. Overall a top quality project!
