I recently had several windows and patio doors replaced at our home in the Southern Gulf Islands. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received from Keith in sales and Trent (and team) in installations. Such a pleasure to deal with! The quality of the product also seems outstanding. I'd put this project off for a few years because it seemed complicated and a big headache, but it turned out to be quite painless (aside from the bill, which was fair but still these things don't come cheap, as you get what you pay for and the quality is great.) Highly recommend this company for windows and doors, and excellent service.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire house was done with replacement windows and patio doors. A really great, quality product. The crew that did the install were polite, friendly and extremely efficient and well qualified. I would very highly recommend West Coast Windows for anyone thinking of replacing their current windows and doors.
From the moment we stepped into the showroom and met Nick, we were impressed with his respect and patience as he guided us through the technology, window selections and quotation process. The attention to detail was exacting and they took it upon themselves to make sure, triple times, that the quotation and installation was correct. When the team arrived for installation day, the four people were courteous, removed their shoes every time they entered the house, and did an outstanding job - not one error, not one accident, not one issue was left for us to manage. In fact their clean up was also good so with just a few minutes of tidying and replacing furniture, we were able to enjoy our new windows in no time. Thanks Westcoast for an exceptional experience!!!
RUN, do not walk to work with West Coast Windows Victoria. We purchased a new home this summer, and the beautiful HUGE picture window in our home had issues with moisture. Great service from Keith at West Coast Windows, and because it was so large, it was a complicated window (size) to get a company to quote on. Keith and their installer gave me a number of options, I made the pick to go with one specific type of window, and the ordering, delivery and installation was seamless. On time and on budget, and the installation was done SO professionally that you cannot tell this is a new window. Super happy with West Coast Windows. Frankly - why buy windows anywhere else?
We contacted West Coast Windows and a few other companies in Victoria a few months ago for a quote. Keith came to our place to give a quote and we ended up going to the showroom as well to take a peak at all the windows displayed. We decided to go with West Coast Windows as the windows really showed the best quality from all vendors we have spoken to. Today was installation day... Tom and Roy arrived early to install the two large windows and they look... AMAZING! We could immediately notice the difference in the sound that comes from the street and the windows are truly beautiful. Tom and Roy were both super respectful and left my place clean! 100% recommend!
