Alpine did a fantastic job on our roof! They were very reasonably priced, very professional, and efficient. Xhevi was very quick to get us a quote, was very responsive and explained everything that needed to be done. He was very honest and patient. The workers were amazing!!!! I highly recommend Alpine! I have been extremely pleased with my entire experience with Alpine, from estimate to completion. The office and sales staff have been very courteous and professional. The crews were incredibly hard working, diligent and thorough from the time they arrived on site until the end of the job, leaving our property spotless. The work provided (residential flat roof) was completed expertly, in a timely manner, and when I brought forth a concern about a cosmetic result, Alpine took my concerns seriously and made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction before payment was completed. Easy...5 stars.
Earlier this week, we submitted a inquiry using the website form and a few days later, "AK" from Alpine Roofing came by to take a look. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and provided great, honest advice for us. No pressure sales tactics. We don't need our roof done just yet (we thought we did) but they have our business when the time comes. Would recommend!
We had to reschedule a couple of times and Alpine were so accommodating. They did a great job, going extra when we saw a bird flying into.the soffit - the fixed the hole immediately and it wasn't even part of the job. Roofing was done in the time frame quoted and they tidied up each day. We had Alpine do our roof about 20 years ago and were so pleased then that is why we are repeat customers. We highly recommend them for your roofing needs. PS they also do eaves, soffitt and siding! Use them!
I had the pleasure of meeting David when Alpine roofing was replacing the neighbour’s flat roof! David was quick to provide an estimate and walk me through all the details. As someone who is a Perfectionist … David and his crew accommodated all the issues in terms of sloping, number of scuppers and drains. David is very knowledgable and accommodating and makes sure the job gets done properly! Things to improve on: increase the warranty years from 5 to 10 years conditional on no additional changes to the roof! Highly recommend and will use again! Thank you David
