We just had Edgewater Plumbing and Heating replace our polyb piping throughout our house. Jeff and Alex did an amazing job cutting very few holes, mostly in obscure places. They replaced and secured the cutouts, making it easier to put back to normal. The price was as quoted even though it was more difficult than we first thought. We would highly recommend this company. I highly recommend Edgewater Plumbing. I had a valve that suffered winter freezing damage, annd was causing water damage to my hone. It became a very urgent situation and a friend in my Summerland neighborhood told me that Jeff had done a lot of work in our area. He responded very quickly to my call, and provided excellent, knowledgeable service while patiently answering my questions as well as offering suggestions on how to avoid similar problems in the future. My grey water pipes froze solid and backed up into the house during the freeze/thaw in Dec. After trying to contact plumbers that were not available, Jeff and staff answered my call and promptly booked an appointment. I thought it was just to give me an estimate, but they immediately got to work and rerouted the pipes so no chance of the problem reoccurring. Very reasonable rates, professional demeanor.
