Not only did they break my husbands high end tool box worth over $3,000 but they broke my Freeze-dryer which was over 3,000 USD They offered $200 for the full amount of damage they did. The company is beyond unreasonable and highly disrespectful of our property. This is our second time moving with them and they destroyed stuff on our first move as well so what an epic fail. This company is horrible.

They caused close to $2000 in damage and denied all of my claims except one which was an extremely expensive toolbox the movers took apart, after being specifically told not to,and ruining the bearings. They offered me $200 for replacement parts off of amazon. I made all of these claims within one week of moving and was told that, “I should have inspected better.” I had to fight for 2 weeks for them to even offer $200 on the toolbox.

We were stressed getting ready to move 2 provinces away with young kids. From our initial call and in person quote with Kyle, he assured us they can take care of it all and boy did they deliver. Rocky and Avery were beyond phenomenal and two of the hardest people we've met. The communication was excellent and we got our items in the expected window with no issues. Highly recommend the team for all your moving needs.

If you want to pay someone to destroy your property and refuse the claim, look no further. You should definitely stack heavy items on top of aquariums, place large tvs on collapsed boxes instead of the tv stand that's right beside it, and also not box the tv according to written instruction to do so. Box clearly labelled fragile? Hah, just toss that thing and break all but two items inside of it. This is how the professionals do it. Edit for the response: I understand the policy. It was delivered to a storage unit. I can only discover this after I get posession of my new house, and I start moving it from the unit. It was still packed this way from the day they delivered it, your policy doesn't change that. If you want to try and use that as an excuse to not own up to the mistakes of your employees, that's your call. But this review stands as one more warning for others that you really don't seem to care.

Surprised that such a well known company acts in such bad faith. During the sales and quoting process, everything will be great. Someone came to my home to look at the items I was moving, and give me a quote. I was told my items are covered under insurance, they will pack my valuable items, and they gave me a form to fill out for my valuable items including their value. The pick up process also went well, the movers were efficient and documented all the items. When the items arrived it was a different experience. My items were transported and handled so roughly, that the handle protectors on my motorcycle were knocked off. These protectors are meant to protect your hands in case of an accident, so imagine the force it took to knock them off. My TV was also damaged along with my computer, unsurprisingly. Other items such as moving totes were also damaged, but they were not packed by the movers and were not marked as high value items. I filed a claim for my damaged items, and was denied. Here is some fine print they will throw at you: 1. You cannot add items to your claim, once you submit it is final 2. Even though the movers packed my items, unless you get their special packing service it is not covered under insurance. The packing service is for all your items. This really makes no sense, because if it needed to be "packed" (they did pack my items) by them for my items to be eligible for insurance, why did I fill out the valuable items form? What was the point of that other than to make me think my items would be covered when they're not? Also, my actual cost was close to $5000 over the initial estimate. Plus over $10000 in damaged items. Edit: As you can see from their response below. It essentially says we're sorry you trusted us, but it's your own fault you signed something on moving day without having your lawyer present to review it first. Gotcha! As for the increase in price, no items were added to the move. We did a walk through of the entire house, no room or closet was left out. Unless you're saying I magically added $5000 in weight worth of items? Why even bother responding? You're just making yourselves look worse.
