We have used Van Isle Windows many times over the past 20 years. There service and quality has always been top notch. The installer arrived on time and left no mess. Very professional through the whole process. Would highly recommend them if you are upgrading your windows.
I am very happy with Van Isle Windows. Nate W. came out to my place, provided good information and took the measurements for 6 windows while answering my questions and then providing me with a reasonable quote. I followed up with Nate at the company base in Victoria and was able to see how my own windows would look upon completion, inside and out, via the demo scenes at their shop. On the set date, the Van Isle Windows crew showed up, were professional in their work, and had all 6 new windows installed that day. I especially appreciate that Nate was knowledgeable regarding the different window types (2 pane vs 3 pane) and let me know about the BCHydro rebate program that was currently running ... none of the other company agents I had out for estimates mentioned the rebate program to me. Billing staff were very pleasant to work with. I 100% plan to invite Van Isle Windows out to my place again in the future for anticipated window and door replacement projects.

Every aspect from design to installation was excellent. The crew dismantled and installed the new windows in record time, cleaned the windows and any mess they had made. They were informative, courteous and efficient. The before-and-after was astonishing. The whole house feels new and fresh. I'm thrilled that I'm going to be cooler in summer and warmer in the window. Triple panes are the way to go. It's a huge relief.
Excellent service and quality product. We needed a replacement window. We ordered it on Monday and it was delivered to our front door by Friday. We chose to install it ourselves which was a perfect fit. Very happy with the end result.
