First and foremost, the customer service I received from John & every member of his team was top-notch. I hope I never need to replace my car window again. But, if I do I'm coming right back. Don't call anybody else, these are your guys. I needed my rear driver side window replaced after a break in to my sedan. I called around to get quotes and was told by more than one Autoglass shop that my window was not locatable. John was professional, polite and helpful from the start. He found a window, ordered it, had his team clean up all the glass from my back seat and tape up my window temporarily while we waited for the delivery from out of province. I even had him replace my cracked side mirror after I had my window done for a very reasonable price. This is the level of customer service that deserves a real 5* review. 10/10 would use again.
Very pleased to deal with this shop. After my tailgate window was smashed they were able to locate new on ASAP and install it next day. Smooth sailing from start to finish.Other shops were booking me for 2 weeks and more as they couldn't get the glass faster. JF Vision had the OEM window right away. Very professional. Jonathan was very helpful and i am glad that i know where to go now when next problem appear.
No other glass replacement shop was able to replace my front windshield and recallibrate all safety systems, but Visions. Super friendly, efficient service. Claim minus deductible already filed, approved and paperwork ready on my appointment. Exceptionally courteous from receptionist to repair person, explaining everything, providing perfectly accurate time line and delivering on time exactly as promised. A minor adjustment required and offered almost instantly the next day and problem solved in the same efficient manor as the main job. Highly recommended, five stars plus !
