What a great team :) Collin went through the troubleshooting with me and was generous with his time and advice. We ended up deciding that a good choice for us is a new furnace at this point. They are very knowledgeable, excellent at problem solving and really very pleasant to work with. I would say they definitely enjoy what they do and it shows in their workmanship. Collin and Justin don't just "make-do" - if there is a problem with how your house is set up for install and it needs adjusting, they make it better. We are very pleased with how they set up the area to install all the HVAC equipment.
