Update : 3rd year in a row using Goliath, they are my go to. I put a request for an estimate in over the weekend as I saw the shingles at the peak of my house were starting lift and the corner was falling apart. Monday afternoon Josh called me with an estimate and literally had someone there that day to get the job done. I am always so impressed with how fast and how wonderful the service is, it's why I keep coming back for any job I need done! Had my eavestroughs and fascia done on the house, they did an excellent job and everyone was super friendly from start to finish. Will definitely recommend and use again for future projects.
This company recently replaced my parents roof. During a wind storm there was damage and they were absolutely thrilled with both the men working and the service they provided. I highly recommend this company
I had a great experience with Goliath Roofing. They got back to me within a day to set up an appointment to assess the roof. A detailed estimate was sent and within a couple weeks of signing it our roof was fixed. They are very professional and pricing was very reasonable. 100% recommend to anyone looking for roof services.
Goliath Roofing was wonderful! Quick response to my initial inquiry, estimate provided promptly, work completed on time. There was no debris left behind. Excellent communication and a quality job! They do flat roof membrane, shingles, metal, sky lights! Definitely should be your go-to for roofing needs!
UPDATE: Goliath has come through and finished the job for the original agreed upon price. I do appreciate the effort they took to make this situation right and have updated my review to reflect that. Goliath roofing has time and time again proven that they are incompetent and dishonest. We hired Goliath to do a number of roof repairs on our newly purchased home all the way back in June of 2022. Repairs included fixing a leak in the chimney flashing, adding new vents for the bathroom/ kitchen, installing ridge vents, and installing a vented soffit around the entire house. We were promised the work would be completed before the winter of 2022 as to prevent further damage occurring to the house. They failed to meet this deadline citing supply issues one time or management turn over another. It was not until we complained of an active flow of water pouring in around the chimney that Goliath took action and sent someone out to fix the problem. Unfortunately the person they sent had no idea what they were doing and the leak persisted. The second service tech that arrived was able to fix the problem and apologized saying the techs that showed up originally were "flat roof" specialists and did not know how to do residential roofing. Unfortunately this would only be the beginnings of our trouble with this company. I suspect there is lots of internal troubles at this company as the turnover seems disproportionately high. In the early days we seemed to be communicating with someone different every handful of weeks as people left the company. This also led to lots of confusion around our project and at one point even lead to Goliath claiming they could not complete the job as it was "misquoted" by a previous employee. I find this hard to believe as the current sales manager Josh was there the day the original quote was done and personally assessed our home. We agreed to have them send a new quote however when it came back at TWICE the price of the original signed contract we pushed back and forced them to comply with the contract that we had all agreed upon originally. We have been extremely patient and reasonable, and in return all we have gotten is some very questionable quality work and a lot of resistance. As of now Goliath has not completed the job as stated in our contract and are demanding payment. I would warn any potential customers of Goliath Roofing to beware of their tactics, and try to get everything in writing or via a recorded phone line. If given the chance these guys will take advantage of you, so don't give them the chance. Stay far far away.
