One of their trucks was involved with a hit and run with my car. I called the company to notify them and I was assured by the secretary that “their guys are good people” insinuating that I’m potentially lying about the incident. Nonetheless she took down my info and I sent her an email as well with the photo of the truck involved. It’s been over 2 months with no reply or care on the matter….makes you wonder how irresponsible and shady they are with other matters. I included the truck that hit me in the picture. Police was notified as well.
Had my roof replaced the last two days and honestly can’t say enough about the whole process. From the quote to the clean up it truly was professional. The crew arrived on time , received a call mid day to ensure the job was going well, nice touch! On the completion a quality supervisor got up on the roof to personally inspect the job.
