We recently replaced all the windows in our house and were extremely happy with the service and workmanship that Eco Choice provided. Our first interaction with Anthony gave us confidence that we were making the right decision in going with Eco Choice vs. other companies. He answered all our questions and helped us understand the process. Once measurements were taken, we waited about 4 weeks for the install. Paul and the rest of his installation team were awesome! They were professional and efficient, installing 20+ windows in a day. Eco Choice may not be the cheapest out there, but I would argue it is the best value for the product you get. I strongly recommend Eco Choice for your window needs!
I could not be happier!! My windows are beautiful!!! From my first contact with Vern (great name); he was very knowledgeable & patient in answering all my MANY questions and emails. This is customer service at its best, including a visit to my home on installation day to ensure I was happy. On the subject of installation, what a TEAM!!!! Paul and his crew were incredible, such attention to detail. They were extremely respectful of my home and left it spotless inside and out. Amazing experience, super professional and efficient!! Strongly recommend to all. They cleaned up after their install and we couldn’t be happier with the new windows!! (In the photos we chose to put our trim ourselves later since we had drywall work to do. Echo choice did the trim on all the other windows and we are really impressed on the quality of the finishes.)
Had my windows installed yesterday. They are stunning! Echo choice and their team were absolutely delightful and polite! The crew was lead by Yuri who is very professional and meticulous! Their attention to detail is commendable! They were very organized, clean and respectful of the neighbours. All went smoothly and efficiently! This was such a great experience from the start with Joe in sales. He always followed up with me even when he was away on vacation. Communication was great. Refreshing and rare nowadays!.
