We recently got our front door and garage entry door replaced by Eco Choice Windows and Doors and had a fantastic experience with the entire team from our sales rep, Anthony to Stephanie in their office as well as our two installers, Yuri and unfortunately I didn’t get the other gentleman’s name. We were impressed with the craftsman ship of both our doors, colour and how clean they left our home. Highly recommend the Eco Choice Windows and Doors - they were much more reasonable when it came to the quote provided and cost - we were previously quoted over 12k for replacing just our front door and they came in much lower which allowed us to upgrade our front door to include a retractable screen door as well!
**AMAZING EXPERIENCE** We are new home owners and desperately needed some of our windows upgrading/fixed. After entertaining several companies, Eco Choice stood out amongst them all! It started with their sales rep Anthony, who was timely and accommodating with his home visit. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and came up with a plan that suited our needs. He was responsive when we had questions before confirming and was able to tweak the proposed design exactly the way we wanted. He also provided different payment options and informed us of government incentives we could take advantage of! Next we have the installation team. This is where the magic happened! Andrew and his crew were phenomenal! I was a very nervous home owner with this being our first big contractor renovation and he put my mind at ease! From preparing the space and being respectful of our floors and furniture to addressing a scary rot situation they uncovered, straight through to the cleanup. They were a fantastic crew! I can't leave a company review without mentioning office staff! Stephanie was such a pleasure to work with! Any time I had questions about the installation, payments or the process afterwards, she was patient and attentive! The windows we went with were triple pane and you can really feel the difference they make! We were planning to put off the installation but are so happy we went with Eco Choice who made this process all the better! We will 100% be calling them back to do the rest of our windows and doors when the time comes. I cannot recommend them enough!

We had an amazing Experience with Ecochoice! Our windows were very old (from the 60s) in our new home, and causing our house to be super cold and we could hear everything outside. Joe was our consultant and was amazing from the beginning. He really pushed for us and was able to fit us in SO fast as we wanted windows before Christmas and the cold weather. We felt heard and taken care of. Vlad and his crew (Alex, Jackson, and Murman), installed all our windows for our whole home. They were done in half a day! The team was quick, super efficient, and very communicative. They cleaned up after themselves so well as well. The whole team was super kind as well. They then went over to do my parents window after ours in their renovated kitchen and were done by dinner! Everything looks amazing and so sleek and clean. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing new windows or an upgrade. Our house is warm now and quiet. Such an awesome experience and very affordable as well! Exceptional service.
From start to end, Eco choice made the process of changing our windows flawless. Joseph from sales was very informative and courteous. Gave me all the info I needed to make my decision to choose Eco choice over 3 other companies for our windows. Bogdan, the installer, came in and took measurements. A few months later, he came back in and did an excellent job. Left my place even cleaner than before. Installation was flawless and quick. Highly recommended company to choose for your windows and doors. We got the triple pane with the black frame on the interior. Looks stunning!
