I had a great experience with Centra Windows about a year ago! Their team was respectful of my time and didn't use the high-pressure sales tactics that I encountered with other competitors. TJ, Axel, and Randy were all professional and genuinely helpful throughout the process. It did take about a month for them to return to fix the trim, but they communicated well and ensured everything was completed to my satisfaction. I appreciate their commitment to quality and customer service. I highly recommend Centra Windows for anyone looking to upgrade their windows!
I had all the windows in my house replaced by the Centra crew consisting of Mike, Ray and Vivek. The job was initially 3 days but ended up taking 4. Of course it rained the first time in 45 days on the day of the install. Regardless the team went ahead and the rain had little effect on their work. They were professional the entire install and protected my property from the construction. The windows are great and we love the look. The installation took longer than expected due the amount of wood work required around the windows. We are very happy regarding the look and work quality around the replacement of the windows and all the wood work needed. Thank you guys for caring about how you did the install!
GREAT WORK from Luke & Taylor! They were professional, personable, receptive to questions and did a great job with the clean up! We're very happy with the service provided by Centra, from the sales process all the way through to the installation. Our new windows are high quality and look great. The installation took 5.5 days and involved the removal of glass blocks. Brendan, Andre, Barb, Nick, Dave and James did an excellent job, being very careful with the glass blocks and even replacing some rotted wood they found under the siding. All in all, very satisfied with Centra and would highly recommend them.
We are delighted with our new windows and I especially love my new patio door with the built-in mini blinds. The installation team ..Brendan...Barb..& Andre did excellent work. Even our neighbor mentioned what a good and thorough job was done.They arrived on time and worked continuously throughout the two day process .Very personable and easy to talk to. We really appreciate that Brendan helped us put our verticals back up in the high windows as we are both over 70. Yup definitely a 5 star experience 😁
