Bullet Proof installed a new furnace, heat pump and water heater for me and the service they provided was truly exceptional. When I initially called to ask if they could have a look at my broken furnace they had someone at my house in a matter of hours while every other HVAC firm I called told me it would be several days before they could get to me. Responding promptly and effectively to any calls I have made to them continued throughout the installation process. All of the staff I have dealt with; office staff, service men and installers have been polite, helpful, knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to deal with. Bullet Proof is clearly a company that puts customer service first. They did a great installation job at a fair price and I am totally confident if I have any problems with my system down the road they will be there for me.
Egehan was just amazing. He did perfectly his job by analyzing the issue on my gaz furnace, taking his time to test all elements before to identify the defect part. In less than 24hrs, the replacement was done and the heat was back at home. Very good communication and a great professional. I definitely recommend!
I cannot say enough about how great Bullet Proof Heating and Cooling is. Every person we spoke and dealt with was unfailingly professional, helpful and responsive. We were installing a heat pump. So I had a lot of questions. All were answered with plenty of back-up material to help me understand it all. The guys who did the installation spent the better part of a day doing it and took the time I needed to know what I needed to know about its operation. When their chat box pops up on their website, it says “chat here with a human”!! I highly recommend them without hesitation.
Had a furnace out problem in October that was somehow “fixed” for ~$300 that reoccurred in November just as the weather was turning cold. Could not get my regular company out so called a new service – in 15 minutes was told my heat exchanger needed replacement and provided three options from $4K (repair) up to $13K (new heat pump package pre rebate). I tried one more service just to be sure - Bullet Proof. Sylas was out the next day, did a full review, tested for CO2 leaks… everything. I felt for once I really got my moneys worth. He narrowed it down to a $100 part that had blown (flame rollout sensor). Next day showed up with the new part and the furnace has run flawlessly ever since. Both he and his manager (Balut) were great, responsive and helpful. So happy I called and save $000’s on a new system to repair or replace one that was only 6 years old.
Very good and more importantly quick service to fix my broken furnace. Thanks to all the staff, on the phone and the technician who came to my home. The issue was fixed promptly. Would definitely call them for future issues.
