Truthfully I’m really surprised by the experience we had based on all of the positive reviews for this business. Maybe it’s because the service we were trying to book (air duct cleaning) is provided by a third party contractor or the contract value isn’t worth their time. I felt like communication was extremely poor - the ball was dropped multiple times, and after confirming the date/time of our service, it was rescheduled without our knowledge. Customer service rep was flippant and really not helpful. We ended up cancelling and will go with another service provider.
