One of our painters accidentally broke a clients window. I needed to find someone that would come in to fix it. I called a few places. One guy never showed up and the other was booked out far too late into October. I continued searching and found Behyar at Associated Window Repairs. He was great! A total professional. Was timely in his responses and the turnaround process was quick with receiving the quote and getting the job completed.
Beyhar was actually helpful back in 2021 when fixing the casement window crank handle, but he doesn’t seem to care about doing small repair jobs anymore. He rants about how little profit he makes from these small jobs over the phone. He said he would send a technician for an in-home assessment for $160, but there has been no further callback or email response.

Amazing Service. They did an impeccable job even though they had to squeeze us in their already busy schedule. Fantastic company top to bottom. I've had several projects done by Associated windows at my old house. Full window retrofits, a huge piece of custom shower glass, and some repairs. They are responsive, professional, and charge very fair prices. They have always stuck to their quoted prices or even been lower. Install teams always show up on time and know what they are doing. In my experience window supply companies can be difficult to deal using pressure tactics, but not these guys. They are awesome.
