My experience with Glass Doctor was exceptional. Without question Trevor and his team went the extra mile to ensure that my difficult glass project would meet my expectations. From beginning to end, Trevor’s communication with me, his timely follow-up and attention to detail was nothing short of first class. Not only did he ensure that my glass tabletops were made to specification and quality, but Trevor also understood my need for esthetic appearance and went beyond the call of duty to produce a product that replicated the original glass tabletops that had been destroyed. Glass Doctor delivers on promise and puts the customer first. Look no further …… Trevor and team are a pleasure to work with. Competitor quotes were comparable to Glass Doctor’s; however, the personalization you will experience with Glass Doctor is worth its weight in gold. Thank you Trevor for your expertise, professionalism, candour and kindness. Janice

I was very happy with the friendly service from Travis, his customer oriented manner and took his initiative in helping me to take the very heavy glass inside the box as well as putting it all by himself inside my SUV. The dispatcher, Angeles was also very kind and patiently listening to my request and have the glass fabricated exactly what I wanted. Thank you both and I recommend all my friends to have their glass done from the Glass Doctor in North Vancouver, BC!

This would be a 2 out 5 but the 3rd star is because Glass Doctor did the job in a timely matter. For anyone trying to get a single window replaced, you will know that this can actually be quite difficult as many companies prefer larger jobs. The two men that worked on replacing a double window in my house (seal had gone) were polite and friendly. My issue is with the quality of the finishing. I am posting two photo of the corners of the trim – the worst of which is off by 1/2cm. When I called back to complain, the technician offered to come back and add some more "DAB" (caulking) to fill the gaps. He also explained that they are not professional framers. In the words of my 16-year-old daughter: "Mom...this would get me about a C+ in Woodworking 10." I'm quite sure this company is a good fit if you just need a window replaced quickly (for a business), but if you want better finishing, I'd look further.

I had glass doctor install mirrors on some medicine cabinete doors. The doors already had mirrors but the glue was failing so it was to replicate what was already existing but with different glue. The price was expensive but i was expecting a high end result. The existing mirrors were installed perfectly so they had an idea of how well they needed to be, i had also said to the salesman it needs to be perfect. I picked them up from their shop and went straight to the job to install them for the client. They hadn't been cleaned so I was cleaning then off the back of my truck before entering the clients house. I then realized how poorly they were installed. Some mirrors were too small, not glued consistently, glued on an an angle. Just sub par work for such a high price. I immediately contacted glass doctor to let them know this wasn't good enough and something had to be done. 3 days later I get a phone call from Rashid the glass installer screaming down the phone to me...the customer. Glass doctors logic is "if I took it away from their shop, it's my problem now". Those were the actual words. I guess my standards are too high for them, taking responsibility for your own work. I then escalated it to who I thought was his manager. He spoke to me on the phone and asked for emails with pictures. I have had no reply or contact from them since. I've rang multiple times, emailed and text messaged. Finally speaking to a salesman I was informed that his manager was actually the owner of the business! The owner is ignoring me and not rectifying any problems. Purely a poor business with poor workmanship lead by a a man with no conscience, The glass butcher. Needless to say this was a big waste of time and money for me. If you need glass go to Vancouver Glass. They are professionals with much better workmanship. The picture is me smashing up their work so it can be reinstalled by some professionals

I visited Glass Doctor on Nov 15, 2018 to repair rock chip on the windshield (I got the chip on November 13, 2018) After reviewing a lot of good Google Reviews, I decided to give it a try on myself! Right from the initial call to set up an appointment, the agent was very friendly and reminded me that they are actually open 24/7. So next time in the future, i will not wait until next day for the regular business hour! It took less than 24 hours for another agent to call me back to book an appointment for the repair. Again this agent was very kind and super helpful. When I went to Glass Doctor on November 16, 2018 the staff immediately greeted me with a big smile (which was great) and explained in details about the glass repair. Understanding mine was very small chip, they decided to repair for free (and I had my comprehensive coverage at ICBC). After 1.5 hours, the staff called me to let me know the car was ready to go. The repair quality was superior and they even gave me a can of glass cleaner for free. I have attached photos of the original damage on the windshield, the repair result, and a pic of free glass cleaner! I highly recommend this place to everyone and will gladly come back if I have any broken glass in the future.
