What wonderful gentlemen came to move things out of my house into storage in order for me to list it. They were so fast and efficient. Very thoughtful and nothing was a problem. A friend was helping me that day and she was so surprised .at how amazing they were. I am so appreciative for the work that was done - can’t wait to have True North back for the full pack and load.
I’d definitely recommend True North Movers! We have used them twice now and both times they have been absolutely amazing! From setting up the move to the actual move day, everything was flawless! They were so friendly, took such great care of all stuff, and worked so quickly to get the move done on time.
The movers were helpful with everything. They were thorough, checking in with me to see what had to go and stay. A couple of items were forgotten but nothing crucial. Colin was amazing at booking our move as we had some scheduling conflicts, but he was very accommodating.
From the moment that I called, until the last box was put in the truck; the young men that helped me with the task of packing my Mom's apartment were incredible. My Mother had died and I was required to pack and move my mothers apartment from London to Sudbury. When I first called, the young man that I spoke to, encouraged me to call around for other quotes. He was exceedingly patient, gracious and understanding with the extremely overwhelming emotions I was feeling. He explained everything clearly and answered all my question, even though I'm sure, I must have asked the same question multiple times. When the packing day arrived the two young men were on time and very respectful of myself and my brother as we spoke about what was going to happen. They helped me pack and organize the entire apartment in record time, focusing on the sections that were most worrisome for me. The next day, the two young men that came to pack the truck did a wonderful job reassuring me that I did not need to worry, and very accommodating and understanding when I had forgotten about the storage locker. I would absolutely recommend True North Movers to everyone. Kudos, to all the young men that helped me and the True North Movers company as a whole, for the extraordinary professionalism and empathy they displayed while helping me.
