I wish I could post more than 5 stars. Mattia is professional, knowledgeable, and his customer service is beyond anything I have ever seen. Our strata was having a major issue with our sump infrastructure and after some terrible experiences with other vendors, Mattia was an absolute legend. As a brief anecdote, our sump pit was overflowing and Mattia showed up on short notice on a Sunday night to address the issue. He stayed until midnight in order to resolve the problem and got us all flushing again. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone in need of his services. A huge thank you Mattia.
Mattia came by to fix a small leaking kitchen sink problem same day! It was really easy to coordinate with him and I was able to send him pictures and videos of the problem, then he showed up later that day with the necessary parts. He gave me an estimate over the phone and charges at a great rate. He fixed the sink in no-time and tested to make sure everything was in place before leaving.
