This crew was absolutely THE Best! A bit late to start but the rest of the experience with Larry, Adam and Zack, the initial team members, was positive, professional, efficient and pleasant. The addition of two others brought in to ensure the deadline for using the elevator at new location made everything come together perfectly. Each of the movers seemed to go out of their individual way to make the work go smoothly and oh so well; really cannot say enough about the service Purely Canadian provided - first class all the way from iris coming to my suite to provide the estimate to the move being completed, not only on time but actually below the estimated quote. If others are treated as well you will be in outstanding care.
one word: amazing! I found myself in a jam where I not only had to move on the same day I called but also within a window of time. I spoke to Sean who was very understanding, friendly and helped accommodate my last minute request. I also spoke to another guy (Ed, I believe) who also was very understanding (not to mention funny!) and kept me updated throughout the morning on when the movers would get to me. They sent 3 moves who were super nice and got down to business right away. They were extremely professional. I am so grateful for their help and would recommend anyone use their service!
Great movers! Professional, efficient and hard workers who are very skilled in moving everything! Very happy with their service, they moved very valuable items for 12 hours flawlessly. Thank you Charles, Trenn, Anthony, John, David, and, Colin. They disassembled, packed and put everything in the right rooms perfectly. My only critical comment would be on Iris for under quoting the job by 4 hours and two half trucks, which ended up being two full trucks/ 12 hrs - the movers conquered the move either way. Ed on the phone is also pleasant!
