Just wanted to to say a few words about this company. When I hired them for the first time I was little hesitant because of the previous bad experience with other service provider. Thankfully I got this company contact from one of my old colleague at the community meet last year. I called them to book an appointment and it went through smoothly, the tech person arrived on time and he was able to go through all the essential check up. That itself was convinced me that I hired the right team. The tech diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time. The second time when I called them for a minor repair; they recognised me and sent their technician right way. I was happy to receive such a response as it is very rare nowadays. So far I hired this service plenty of times and I always had an excellent experience. They are prompt, reliable and very much responsive. Thank to the team hvac service and their management.
We were impressed by the reviews and ordered cleaning service for our ductless A/C. My partner confirmed twice via email as well and they were scheduled to come 8-11am. They completely missed the window of time and instead arrived at 2:00pm. So we were a bit frustrated at how late they were but still hoping to get good service given how highly the reviews were. The technician dispatched to us said he was unable to complete the services. We have in writing what we asked for and confirmation from the company (happy to attach here as proof). What a huge waste of our time and also the technician (who was very friendly).
