After getting quotes from different companies we met Joe from Panorama who provided an estimate which was one of the best but more importantly, they are not looking to draw unnecessary money out of your pocket. Did a nice job! We replaced all the doors and windows in our house at 1 time. Had a "personal mid-job breakdown", but the Otto was very attentive, listened to my concerns and came to our house the next morning to resolve the issue. He offered a few different options to address our concerns. Looking back, we are pretty sure we ended up doing exactly what his team had planned the entire time, the install team just had not communicated those details very well. However, he never made us feel bad or that we had wasted his time but was very professional. Great company to do business with.
