The second time we asked TCA Electric we were even more impressed! Karen arrived to help locate a partial power outage and we were delighted with her high level of expertise, but even more so with her positive attitude and cheerful communication with us during all stages of the work. She went above and beyond to make sure our problem was fixed, and we appreciated her dedication and commitment to excellence in her work. Brad, the project manager was also of tremendous help in providing a clear quote for the work and the extra support we required as well as the staff working at our place. He even assigned Josh, a second electrician, to arrive to make the work go more smoothly and quickly, and we noted some impressive teamwork and focused communication between he and Karen. We sought several quotes for a large electrical project (moving and upgrading our electrical panel) and TCA’s was the most competitive and their plan for the service was the best. They were great to deal with throughout and did an awesome job, would definitely reccomend TCA!
