Our strata's experience using TCA Electric for our Electrical Planning Report has been great. TCA consultants are professional and courteous. The report is very thorough.
I was moving to a new place, and called TCA to get motion sensor lights, and a garage heater installed on our first day of occupancy. Brad was terrific to speak with about types of lights, cost, estimates for the the work etc. On the day of move-in he sent his technician as promised on time. His technician was thorough and kind as there was all sorts of stress on the first move in day. I will gladly give TCA any electrical work in the future.
TCA installed an EV charger and load management device at our house. I would definitely use them again for electrical work. Brad the project manager was prompt with his response to my initial query and was clear and prompt with follow-up questions to build the quote. The electrician who did the installation was on time and efficient at the install. All through the process they responded well to questions. The job was very neat and work area left clean afterwards. Communication was clear throughout the process and I wasn't in the dark about anything. There were no surprises along the way and there have been no technical issues since installation.

I don't know much about lighting but I told Brad the general look and feel I was going for, and how bright I like my lights to be, and Brad was able to suggest options that really appealed to me. The lights look even better when they are installed! From the time I got the quote to the install was about a week - the quick turnaround was very much appreciated.
