Brian replaced the boots on my three plumbing vents, which were cracked and leaking, and inspected the entire roof for real and potential problems. Thanks Brian, Shane and Jeannette and the rest of the Cooper Roofing team! We asked them to replace our fascia on our roof that was starting to rot. A few delays to start the project due to weather and other jobs, but Brian updated us frequently about the progress of the materials and start date. The level of customer service from their office to the team working on the job was outsanding. For the job itself, Brian and his team finished in 2 days. His team even identified and repaired an issue with the flashing around our chimneys that was the cause of the rotting wood. Again, their communication with us throughout the job was fantastic. Once the repairs were completed, the invoice had before and after pictures, ensuring us the job was done well. Overall, it was a pleasure working Cooper Roofing from initial quote to completion.
