It's that time of the year: I changed my ecobee thermostat to cooling. The thermostat did all it should do. But the outdoor unit wouldn't come on. I panicked. I expected to hear bad news, as my AC and furnace are quite aged. A friend of mine told me they used AccuServ - so I called them. Nakeem came the next day. Nakeem was able to identify the problem (that turned out to be not a total disaster) in very short time, and fix it right away. He also checked overall system health and suggested what my next steps could be to improve home comfort. I am totally using this company for my future AC maintenance.
Habib our technician did a great job of fixing our hot water heater. He made the extra effort to check to see if he had a universal vapour sensor so that he could immediately replace it, rather than wait a couple of days for the part. All done in one visit. Thanks
They went above and beyond for our needs when we needed to replace our furnace. James patiently listened to all of our concerns and provided thoughtful solutions to ensure we received the best products and service. Replacement of the furnace and addition of the heat pump was performed the very next day and was done beautifully even though this is during winter, which is very critical and put our minds at ease. I had a issue with the previous company, they installed a very weak device , it won’t make the whole house the warm only the pipes next to the furnace and whole house was cold and we always hot sick after the September , last week James from AccuServ arrived and change the whole furnace in a day! And next day we have amazing temperature around the house and guess walk a week without being sick so thank you!! JAMES and Accuserv , definitely recommend you guys for the great service!
