Initial consultation seemed like it went well. Mr. Monk offered us plenty of discounts as we paid in full. He even threw a vacation voucher in to sweeten the deal even though it sounds too good to be true and I'll be investigating it. Third party websites state it's really not a deal at all. I was told the trim would be painted a "brilliant white" only to find they were just primed which Kevin did rectify (great guy). The installation was kind of rocky. Took a month longer than anticipated to get the windows and it took 3 times for them to come out and get everything sorted. The initial installers got paint on my floor, my couch which was 3 feet away, and left a small hole in my basement door and wall. They left lots of debris on the ground in my backyard that I ended up cleaning as I have an elderly dog. One window wouldn't lock and the seal on one window was already broken which they did fix but now I question the quality I paid for. The customer service team was very nice and timely and did act promptly in all manners. I don't know, my wife and myself feel like with the money we paid we didn't quite get what we were hoping. I had to miss 4 days of work on top of it all (2 for installation, 1 for reassess, 1 for touch up). Overall quite a mix bag of it all. Glad it's over and hopefully they last. I hate being negative towards a business but this is our truthful experience.
This is a long overdue, that I have been meaning to share my overall experience so here it goes, almost a year later. Overtime you tend to realize why such a company take a very long time to complete a project which really for the benefit of its customer. I would rather have longest relationship with a company, going back and forth to exceed my expectation rather than going to my home twice for installation and touched ups (based on my experience) because in the end I'm left of to do the rest. Indeed it was a hustle to make arrangements and taking the time off but I definitely would like to witness and being involved how its being installed because its my own home. Its quite difficult to pleased the whole universe with their own unique vision and desire for their home they are living in but I must thank Brookstone, Harman, Donat, Mike, Kevin and Kim for fulfilling the project with integrity and humility. Even though its lifetime warranty, I would like to still feel the amount of money I invested is really for the functionality of the windows and doors. I can't seem to recall the amount times the team had to come to our house because of all my demands and concerns but nevertheless I received the best customer service experience. We trusted Brookstone to replace 3 windows on our main floor. The sales representative was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything from the product itself to financing. The windows were ready to be installed earlier than expected, and the Brookstone representative ensured a date we could have them installed that was convenient for us. The installers were professional and did an amazing job installing them. They cleaned everything up before the left the job site. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

On the day of install, one by one, all of the team members that served me showed up to see the final install results and to express their appreciation and gratification for my business. Unbelievable and mind-blowing - all of it! I even had a handful of my neighbours came over at separate times after the install to compliment me on the finished results. The price is competitive and the products, product guarantee and service are all over-the-top with Brookstone Windows and Doors!!!
A front door that adds value to my home is the result I was looking for and I'm very satisfied with Brookstones Doors. Dustin , did not pressure me but took time to fully explained options and designs available. I was looking to get a weather resilient door that would also let in more light. There were several to choose from. Payments were helpful and fit my budget. The installation team were top notch. Introducing themselves and explaining steps they were doing for installation. They finished the new door securely and without evidence that it was a 2 inch smaller door than the original. After installation they cleaned the area well. Sarah at the office was always pleasant and helpful. I will highly recommend this company to my family and friends. Oh yes and on follow up I received a thank you gift. Wonderful.
