Yana the manager was absolutely amazing! She educated myself and my husband on what we were buying and offered us tea while she did up a quote for us. I would highly recommend this company as even the installer was friendly and got the job done on time!
I cannot say enough good things about Panorama. I was concerned about challenge of an install in a Victorian home, but everything was perfect. Otto gave us great confidence and everything promised was delivered. A last minute change was accommodated. They managed to retain all the original interior trim and fit everything perfectly. Professional installers. The quality of the product is just incredible. My only regret was that I didn’t have them replace all the doors.

Recently had 2 windows in a bay-style bump out on my house replaced with a large, custom sliding glass door. I have wanted to create this indoor/outdoor transition space in my primary bedroom since buying this house. I finally took the plunge with Panorama and LOVE it! We had our windows done in 2019. Panorama Windows did a magnificent job. Our house looked valuable after the new windows and new door was installed. The service that they provided is above and beyond from what they promised. From Otto, Alex, Yana and all the guys who came to our house to install the door and windows, everybody in this company are professional and friendly at the same time. Excellent customer service! I just contacted them recently to ask about an information that I couldn’t find in the contract that we have. They responded quickly, despite our business being done a few years ago. We will definitely contact them again in the near future if we’ll need their service again. Thank you very much Panorama for being an exceptional company with amazing group of people.
