I couldn’t be happier with this moving company. From the initial booking to the gentlemen who moved me a long distance, everything was perfect! Simone was very helpful with all my questions and concerns about my move, and called the day before to confirm the booking and answer anymore questions. I would like to also commend George and Edward who moved me. They were so professional, efficient and helpful. They even offered to help move items that I was taking in my own car. Absolute gentlemen!
The movers were highly professional. They even moved old appliances up a flight of stairs, and they did so of their own accord with an amazing attitude. They did a job with ease that otherwise would have taken +++ effort. Overall, the experience with High-Level Movers was exceptional and very helpful.
I had an incredible experience with High Level Movers! Kevin and Alex were absolutely amazing. They arrived right on time, worked quickly, and demonstrated exceptional knowledge throughout the entire process. They were also extremely courteous and professional, making the whole move so much less stressful. Fantastic experience with High Level Movers. The booking was easy with lots of available dates to choose from. On the day of the move George and Andrei arrived ahead of time and they were professional and knew what they were doing. They packed and loaded my apartment quick and there was no damage throughout the whole move. I highly recommend using these guys.
The two movers were friendly and moved most of my limited pieces of furniture to my new house. But they left more than half of my items still in my old condo. I was shocked at the amount of things they left. Who knows what would have happened if I didn't already move most of my clothes in my closet the night before on my own. The two movers didn't speak english as their main language, so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I reached out to customer service to explain what happened the lady was very rude and short with me over the phone. After listening to me and letting out a deep sigh, she begrudgingly said that she would ask the movers about the situation and hung up on me before I finished speaking. She never called me back, so I called again, to which she then told me to send pictures. Once I sent the pictures I received an email in the morning stating the following: "It is usually the clients responsibility to make sure that we take everything they need and to double check that nothing was left behind. As per the movers, they took what they were directed to take. As well, most of the items left behind were not packaged. ". I clearly instructed the movers to take everything except for the modem, and paint cans in the closet. The movers even left an entire dresser filled with clothes and and multiple bags filled with my belongings. Don't waste your time with this company, I'm sure there are many better options. I would honestly have been ok had they stated that they made an error and offered me even the slightest refund or apology, but their customer service is so terrible that it led me to write my first ever negative google review. Moving is already stressful enough, don't make it any harder on yourself than it already needs to be with this company. EDIT* I find it comical how the company responded saying that they reached out to me and offered me a refund (less than 1/6th of what I payed) after I moved more than half of my belongings myself. They only contacted me because I wrote a 1 star google review LOL, not before as the below comment might have a reader believe.
