The team was efficient, courteous and protected our belongings with the utmost of care. Would obviously recommend them. As an added bonus they actually showed up when booked unlike some others we attempted to use.
I had a really great experience with Two Small Men. Kerry and Frankie showed up ready to go at the time Ryan said they would. They were efficient and friendly, and could maneuver the awkward items and their moving truck without leaving a mark. After a terrible experience with another moving company that will not be named, Two Small Men put me at ease with a very smooth move. No surprises with the totally reasonable bill either.
Would never recommend this company. Has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We booked them to move a few things, some being tricky some being easy. We were extremely clear on details of why it was tricky and they ensured us they were capable... They were not. Showed up, said they were not equipped to move the tricky stuff due to time constraints we were left no choice but to have them move the easy stuff. We are having to find another company to move it and it is now costing us twice as much. We are being charged for the job completed that we would never have booked if they had been honest. They are offering no discount and claiming that because it was cheaper than the quote we are lucky. It is only $500 cheaper than the quote and did not include hundreds of pounds of granite that was supposed to be moved. After almost a week of emailing back and forth with Ryan, they are still offering nothing and so we are going to be out $2000 and have to pay another company $2500-$3200. UPDATE: I had been dealing with Andrew before he passed me off to Ryan who stopped answering my emails. I reached out to Andrew again via email and phone after he left the below message but he will not respond.
This company was recommended to me by a local container storage company. I was faced with a complex move from Metro Vancouver. I am so grateful for the professionalism, expertise, care of items and efficiency. They also stopped at my storage unit. No damages to any items or home. I would highly recommend their company and would certainly use them again in the future.
