We had our roof redone by Dallas and team a year ago. We uncovered builder special items like no water shield, etc. (hence the replacement). This team was first class: before and after pics, efficient, clean, committed and fast. Couldn’t have asked for better. Fast forward a year later and we call Dallas to check our gutters. Not only does he show respect for the team that cleaned our gutters (professionalism again) but he checks to see why we might have seen something spill over there and offers to place a few screws to better anchor that on his time. In this day and age that is a rarity. Can recommend a more decent human being and professional service. 👍
So happy with the replacement of our 2 flat roofs and skylights from Greater Toronto Roofing Services! Dallas the owner has a very hands on approach, is up there with his crew and making sure everything is great from start to finish. Pricing was competitive and his excellent communication skills played a key factor during install due to having to be a liason with our difficult neighbour. They were also respectful to our neighbours and did a great job cleaning up. A+++
We had a leak in our flat roof back in April and called 3 companies for quotes. Dallas came out the same day to have a look and offered the most competitive option. His crew was extremely professional and efficient (1.5 day job) and we were really pleased with the final result. I’ve since had a chance to take some recent video of the completed job for this review and noticed there seems to be some water retention / staining on the flat portion of the roof where the leak had previously originated (see footage). I wasn’t sure if this was an issue so I reached back out to Dallas. He assured me that some water retention is normal and had no concerns about the seal or warranty. Overall we would have no problem recommending Greater Toronto Roofing Services based on their price, professionalism, great communication, quick work, and great looking results. Dallas is responsive, thorough, and honest. As we have a very high peaked roof, I find it very useful that he takes drone pictures before to go over the repairs needed and to quote, as well as "after" pics to show what he has done. I have used his services for spot repairs more than once. I've also used for Dallas and team eavestrough cleaning – they did a spectacular job of that.
We've had our roof replaced a few times over the years, and these guys were professional and had great pricing. All my neighbours were asking who did such a great job. Dallas, the owner, gave us personalized service that you don't see nowadays. He even found issues the other guys made mistakes with last time that caused us problems in the first place.
