I called Robin on a Saturday afternoon for a punctured pipe and he arrived within the hour when other plumbers couldn’t attend until next day Sunday. Wall was opened and pipe repaired by that evening. A little pricey but again no one else was willing to do the job same day so we were accepting of the fee for service and happy with the outcome.
We live in an apartment building that had a clog in the building’s pipes that caused water from other units to raise up thru our sink. We had to constantly drain the water or it would overflow and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone who would come out until Robin ! He came within an hour and had it fixed up within the next hour.
