We recently had our roof done with 3 kings. They were professional. They pointed out reasonable extra sheeting that was required and costs remained very fair for all the work done.
Awesome experience with these guys. We had some leaking chimney flashing after a cold snowy snap. They came out to look at it the same day to and gave a reasonable verbal quote. The next morning they came out with 3 guys and very quickly and efficiently replaced and PROPERLY re-did the flashing on both of our very old chimneys. The bill came in slightly (after taxes) under the verbal estimation, which is great. We were listing our house for sale that week so it was a bit of an emergency situation, and they definitely pulled through for us in a pinch!
3 Kings Roofing did very poor quality work on our deck (see photos). They came back and said they would fix their sloppy work, and to give them 2 months. This was back in May 2021- it is now August and they have not reached out nor answered our calls. Do not recommend.
From the initial quote stage, right through to the final cleanup stage, I could not be happier with the work (new roof deck and shingles to replace old cedar shake roof) performed by the hard working, professional (and very personable) 3 KINGS crew. very quick response and professional installation, excellent work done for my skylights--clean & shining:)) They also helped me fix the few cracked tiles and a little roof repair with no extra charges. Definitely would recommend them to my friends!
