Michelle did a great job for me. She easily and quickly fixed the problemwhich I had not be able to troubleshoot. She was very professional. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend her and TDR.

The electrician who was assigned to our service call (Brendan), was professional and thorough in his work. He was able to troubleshoot our concerns in a timely manner with positive results. He went above and beyond, especially when installing a vintage light in a particularly tricky location. Definitely a knowledgeable tradesman and pleasure to work with. This team is solid. Spoke to Taylor and then the service team who quickly assessed my needs, booked my appointment immediately, and had an electrician out quicker than I expected (east Vancouver). Peter the electrician arrived right on time, he was a pleasure to deal with and talk to, and he took care of all my fixes in a quick and professional manner.
