Glad I got to meet Reg and had him fix the leak on my flat roof and rectify what turned out to be inadequate work by the original roofer. Reg takes his time to make sure the work is done to his standards.
Reg is multi-talented since he was able to fix our chimney, roof, and gutter. This saves hiring separate companies for these tasks. He showed us pictures of his finished work. Quite honest and reliable company. Reasonable pricing. I will be hiring Reg for future jobs.
I cannot say enough good things about Reg Norton. To begin with, he does not cut corners or compromise on quality, and he always makes sure that anything he works on is done well and to last. This includes when he finds mistakes by other contractors (which he often fixes and doesn't charge for!). Reg has taken on a number of projects for me including cutting back a roof line; installing new fascia boards; rebuilding a brick chimney (both above the roof and in the attic); installing liners for new tankless water heaters; and repairing holes in a chimney and wall from the replacement of water heaters. Every one of these jobs was done to a high quality and Reg walked me through what he was doing and why at each step. His prices are more than fair--when I first started with Reg it seemed like he was charging slightly more than others, but I quickly learned that this is because he is upfront about costs and doesn't trick you with hidden costs later, his work is more complete than others so he does the full job at high quality, and he doesn't leave you with loose ends or a partially finished job. Having now worked with a bunch of contractors on my house, Reg's work is by far the best value I have seen. Where other contractors try to minimize their time on site so they can move on to the next job, Reg will spend an extra day or two (without charge) to do things right. More than anything, he is an honest and decent guy that I trust to do good work. I'm already scheduling him to come back in the spring take on a few more projects.
