Not only did we find the perfect doors that fit the look we were after, we found the perfect company to install them. Nelson and his team are fantastic to work with. Nelson presented us with a few options and it took us some time to ensure that we were making the right decision. He came to our house to help us figure everything out. He was patient to no end. He wasn't pushy. We had the doors installed last week and they are even better than we could have hoped for. The crew that installed was so attentive and kind. They arrived a few minutes before the doors themselves and so they went to get a coffee around the corner and even offered to get us some coffee! As they were installing, I heard the lead guiding his team how how to place the screws. He guided them by saying: The homeowners paid good money for these doors so it needs to be done perfectly. This is how I would want it done in my house.
An outstanding family-owned business. We ordered new windows and also refurbished our stained glass windows as part of major reno. From start to finish, we worked with a team of people who truly care about their product and customer service. Nelson took our drawings and suggested excellent improvements for the windows. He helped us find an extra large french outswing door and stunning floor to ceiling casement window that many other window companies said could not be done. And in the midst of the pandemic with glass shortages, Dundas delivered as promised which allowed the rest of our reno to proceed on schedule. They also arranged for refurbed stained glass to be encased in new glass casement window, so they'll be permanently preserved. Dundas installation team was super efficient, neat and courteous. Everyone was super patient with us, and went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy. We would recommend them to anyone looking for new or replacement windows in future.
