I had a dual-stage heat pump/gas furnace installed by Aquatech, and they were amazing! The Admin office (Alanna) took care of registering me for all of the tax rebates, and the Federal Greener home loan. It was an easy process and I didn't have to worry about anything. The installation was quick, the Aquatech team talked to my strata and got everything approved and even painted the exterior piping to match my townhome siding, as per the strata request. I highly recommend Aquatech, they're fast and professional.
Quentin was super professional, responsive and thorough in helping me navigate my heating and cooling options. The installation team were very efficient and cleaned up thoroughly after the extensive work, and Alanna in the office if amazing. She helped navigate and process the Federal Loan application. I can't recommend Aquatech enough.
This is a long overdue review that I have been meaning to write and opportunity to thank everyone involved. We had an American Standard Platinum 19 Series Variable Speed Side Discharge Heat Pump and Navien Tankless On-Demand Hot Water Heater installed during June 2023. We had an urgent need to get it done before the end of June and the Aquatech team very generously squeezed us in to what I am sure was a very very busy schedule. This is a complicated process with planning, installation, permits, rebates and trouble-shooting, and we are grateful for the knowledge, expertise, and very hard work of both the admin and technical teams. I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank Roy for recognizing the urgency of our request, setting things in motion so quickly, and administrative support. Jonathan, for his knowledge, expertise, recommendations and also making things happen so quickly. James, OMGosh James - I can't imagine how we would have managed any of it without your incredible help and support through the complicated process with permits and rebates!! And the technical team, Daniel - thank you for all of your support and trouble-shooting. Arman, Manjinder and Arkan for all of your long days and hard work with the installation (I hope I haven't missed anyone!). We have been enjoying the benefits of this system for over a year now, and so grateful for the cooling in the summer and perfect heating in the fall and winter. With a 3-level house, it took a little tweaking to balance the temperatures on each level - cooler in the basement and warmer on the upper floor, but thanks to advice from Daniel we figured out a system that works and are very very grateful. And loving the on-demand unlimited hot water too! It takes a moment for the water to heat up but we never run out! Finally thank you Alanna, for your wonderful administrative support at the end of the project! I took a few photos and sorry that I didn't get more of the whole team. Thanks again!
While I received quotes from other companies, Aquatech was the only company that could answer all my questions about rebates, system sizing, and advanced heat pump options for my home, They guided me through the entire process. helped with all the applications for rebates, loans, energy surveys, and other paperwork. The entire process was made very easy for me, and I felt comfortable through all the steps. After installation, there was a problem with noise in the system, which a tech promptly helped diagnose and fix. Very happy with the work done and highly recommend to anyone. They are the real pros!
Aquatech recently installed our heat pump and tankless hot water system and the process was good from the quote right to the install. We had a a bit of a tricky installation due to our power limitations and they provided multiple quotes every time that I updated our requirements, to meet our needs. We talked with other companies as well, but right from the initial meeting with Jonathan we could see that he had a solution that suited us and our house (at the best price too). When the installation came up (quite quickly) Marco and the team were professional, knowledgeable and quite willing to explain things so that we were happy with the work before they did it. They worked carefully and cleaned up everything after they were done. Finally Alanna in the office made sure that we were prepared and had all of the back up that we needed to get our Federal and BC grants. Like everyone that we dealt with at Aquatech, she was very helpful and great to work with. It was a big job and decision for us, but Aquatech made the whole process easy and I'm glad that we did it. I totally recommend them for anyone looking for a heating or heat pump solution.
