I never write reviews, but this company is amazing. I'm so impressed with professionalism, price and attention to detail. I had issues with another roofing company , but Sam stepped up and took care of us. This is the second time I've called him. Sam gives awesome customer service, the way it should be. He said he'd come between 8:40 and 9:00 , wow 8:50, what contractor does that! My repairs were done quickly and to perfection. I've used lots of contractors, and I've never used a company like this. After a recent heavy rainstorm, water was leaking from the flat roof above my entrance porch. I called Roofing Pros. Sam was prompt and courteous in assessing the issue, and provided an estimate for the repair. The flat roof was replaced, including new Scupper, wall flashings, etc. The front gutter over the garage was also replaced and a new downspout re-located and installed to the opposite side, away from the house wall. An 18” extension was added to the downspout coming from the upper roof as well as a step flashing by the downspout. Flashing was checked and caulking applied where required. Job was done in timely fashion. I would recommend Roofing Pros.

Sam and his crew went above and beyond to replace my entire roof and a skylight during the one of the hottest days when temperature was above 30C. Thoroughly cleaned the skylight until it's spotless. Repaired all damaged roof decking with plywood. Removed all debris around the property after the job's done. Well done guys!
