Wonderful people from customer service to sales to technicians to the owner. Clear, transparent, provide detailed answers to questions, efficient work, great communication, professional high quality installations, the maintenance package is well-priced and worth it (unlike so many scams out there), easy to apply for their financing with no-penalty for pre-payment. I had furnace replacement and plumbing done the guys were very skilled. I honestly don’t usually bother with reviews but these guys blew me away so I had to. Thank you Always!
Prince the plumber came into my house emergently after a pipe in the furnace room developed a pinpoint hole during Superbowl that flooded the adjacent bedroom on a dark cold day. He fixed the pipe, showed me why it occurred and also restarted the hot water tank that short circuited from the water spraying into the electronics. Amazing service. Always Plumbing “always” comes through.
I give the company 1 star and the serviceman 10 stars. Charged me $200 to tighten a the nut on the line. Took 2 min but was charged an hour and 1 hour is $200 so keep that in mind before calling. I wish that was disclosed to me on the phone but of course that little Tim it of info was not disclosed. The plumber Vitalli was awesome. Explained everything so well. Was very nice to me and my wife. I give him 10 stars out of 5.
A great, professional company, that provides superior quality, value, and service. We had a water heater develop a slow leak, in one of our rentals, and called Always on a long week-end Monday to leave a message for a call back. Imagine our surprise when an actual, articulate, helpful person picked up on the second ring! She quickly and cheerfully booked us in for an appointment on the next day. An automated system sent us the name and picture of the plumber that would be coming. When he was delayed a couple hours on a previous call, the system texted us and alerted us of the delay. When the plumber (Cleve), arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave us three possible price options. We are absentee landlords, so having a company that was so organized, and technological connected was a great feature. Cleve was polite to our tenants, patiently answered any of their questions, and went above and beyond to replace the water heater the same day, even though he had to work late. I was thoroughly impressed by the company and those that work there, and would 100 % recommend Always Plumbing & Heating
