I recently had new windows installed in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The team was punctual and took great care to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. Our installer, Vladimir, was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain the installation process, answer all of our questions, and made sure that everything was installed perfectly. As well, he made sure to clean up our place very thoroughly after the installation. We have already noticed the noise reduction since installing the windows. I would highly recommend this company.

JUNE 2024 INSTALL. There is nothing better than working with professionals! Dmytro our sales rep was not pushy, gave us multiple options multiple times and got us what we wanted at an outstanding price. (We had 7 company's quote our job) We replaced 22 windows, 2 sliding doors, and upgraded our entrance with an impressive 42" x 9' fiberglass door. All the work done by the crew was fast, clean, and completed with pride of workmanship. Removed old, installed new, foam sealed, caulked, and trimmed beautifully. Thank you all for the great work! Highly recommend this company for your project.

Wow Wow Wow !!! The new windows and sliding door from WindowTech far exceeded our wildest expectations! The quality and value were beyond compare. From initial visit and estimate with Leon where we felt heard and were not oversold, to the final fitting and measurement by Vlad to installation day… the journey was so seamless and stress free. Installation and custom onsite fabrication by Vlad, Alex, Jackson and Igor was flawless. These guys work SO hard and get it right. Even after long hot day, they left the site spotless. I recommend highly. You gotta go WindowTech ! We are so delighted with the end result.

This is a true review, look at the pictures for the proof. WindowTech is a below average window installation company. If you are planning on replacing your windows, go with a company that manufactures AND installs the windows. Do not go with a company that only installs windows like WindownTech. They did a very poor job installing the windows. They get the windows from Vinyl Pro. Every single window installed had chips and or scratches on the inside frame (see the many pictures) Even the window installer said he had never seen this before. So in my case who’s to blame? Vinyl Pro for making a poor product or WindowTech for damaging the windows during delivery from the plant? That’s why it’s very important to go with a company that manufactures and installs windows, that way there’s only one company to blame if something goes wrong. I had to deal with two companies, I made a request for someone from WindowTech to come over and look at the windows, do you think someone came over? Of course not, because they already got paid and don’t care anymore. As you can see from the pictures also the outside black frame has scratches on it when they installed it, I told the installers about it but all he did was just hand me a used bottle of touch up paint, very classy. I spent a lot of money on these windows and I expected these windows to be perfect but they have way too many issues. Looks like WindowTech also outsourced the window installers, because one the workers was wearing a Canadian Choice Tshirt, I just wish I took a picture of him and the shirt. Here’s some advice for WindowTech, invest in some tshirts for “your installers”. Someone from Vinyl Pro came over and looked at the windows and only buffed out the scratches and dents. With the dents you can still see where the defect was, I was expecting them to replace the vinyl pieces but all he did was just used the buffer and said that’s the best he can do, what a joke! I even had the front door replaced and even the trim around the door has many chips and dents in it, now it has to be sanded down before I paint it. On the invoice it stated a finished trimmed will be installed. Also, most of the casement windows are very hard to open, I know soon the crank will break and will be very hard to get in touch with Window Tech to replace them. The window samples they bring, they open and closed very easily but once installed they’re very hard to open. Even Vinyl Pro guy had a hard time opening them and he just said that’s how it is. The sales representative Ivan is a horrible person to deal with especially once the company gets paid. Put everything in writing because what he says means nothing. Also, he doesn’t understand how the Enbridge rebate works. I got a fixed window and a casement window installed in one opening. Both were double glass, I could have upgraded the casement window to triple glass and get a larger rebate because the energy auditor only looked at the window that opens for the rebate. I could have gotten a better window and WindowTech could have made a few more dollars if Ivan knew what he’s doing. So we both lost. If any family, friends or co-workers looking to replace windows, do you I’ll recommend WindowTech? Of course not, the proof is in the pictures. I’ve had a very bad experience with WindowTech and I don’t want you to have the same issues as I did. From the pictures, do you want windows like that in your house? Also, once WindowTech collects the money, it’s very hard to get a hold of someone, I always had to follow up to see what they were going to do about the window problems, I emailed them and called them but nobody replies back. I didn’t spend a lot of money to have defective windows installed. Again as you can see from the pictures this is a true review, please take my advice, you are investing a lot of money in new windows, go with a company that manufactures AND installs the windows or else you’ll have the same problems that I encountered.

We had our windows replaced, 4 of which had shutters re-installed. The whole experience was truly worth 5 stars.. Dymtro was very respectful, not pushy, and accommodated our requests, i.e. shutters, hassle-free. He gave us the best quote (out of 6). He even brought a sample of the actual window, and explained payment schemes, next steps, installation, etc. The Vinyl-pro windows are CSA (Canadian Standard Association) tested and had the CSA mark on each window. The quality looks great and are really nice. The turnaround time was fast, about 6 weeks. The quote was signed mid March and the installation completed in two days, (due to a rain delay and the shutters), on April 20. Vladimir is truly a Master Installer. He takes much pride in his work. His work is so precise, neat and clean. He re-installed the shutters (placed in-between posts) and replaced all the magnets (most were broken or missing). Igor, his crew mate was a great help, too. The folks we dealt with at WindowTech (Dymtro, Vlad, Igor, Patrick) were helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you, guys. We recommended WindowTech to my sister and our son’s friend. Both went with them. We highly recommend WindowTech.
