Penfolds installed a new roof on my garage. Best roofing company I have ever used. From the initial estimate through the installation, they were all professional and true to their word. No bad surprises. The installers were extremely polite, worked efficiently and were careful not to damage plants surrounding the garage. They did an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others.
They executed the scope of work with high service standards and expert knowledge! Hats off to Mathew Barlett (Technical Advisor) and Cory (Installer) Cory was very knowledgeable helped explain roofing code for the air vents as well added assistants for access to AC contractor. Mathew provided great coordination and scheduling! Was most impressed that he even provided the names of the team that was going to be onsite. We had solar panels installed it took a long time but it was worth the wait. I cannot tell you how much our hydro bill will go down yet as it is too early. I will give another review in a years time. So far we are still getting used to logging in and checking what are solar panels are doing, on sunny days everyones happy! Thanks Penfolds for your proffessionalism
We did our roof last year with Penfolds after our neighbours suggested the company. I start with the fact that our previous roof guaranteed 25 years was leaking big time after 15 and we needed to also replace some of the plywood. Penfolds manager did an estimate and was really pretty much correct. The job was completed efficiently and a year later no problems and it rained a lot. Our manager was Andrew Cameron. I wanted to thank Andrew Cameron specifically for always being there when I had questions. Maybe I had too many, I don't know, but I felt he was very responsive and always very informative. “Every person we dealt with at Penfolds was professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. We are so glad we chose Penfolds for our new roof. From our first meeting with Sean Crowther our technical advisor we knew Penfolds was the company we wanted to go with. Everything was explained to us regarding the different types of shakes we could choose, Sean even had the shakes with him so we could see the differences. We felt very comfortable dealing with everyone at Penfolds and the actual crew who installed our roof was incredible and did an amazing job. You could certainly tell Rey and his crew take great pride in the product they produce. Our roof is a work of art and we love it. A new cedar roof is a big investment and it was so nice to have such capable people to deal with. We did not have any problems whatsoever during the project. The roof was started promptly on the day we were told it would be and was even finished a day early after a few very long days. Our yard was cleaned up and there was no debris left laying around. It was spotless. I would highly recommend Penfolds to anyone that is in need of a new roof because in my opinion our roof looks far superior to the other cedar roofs being installed in our area.
