Yesterday I was in the store to repair or replace the bedroom window, he (Stavros)told me that he is going out, and I will go tomorrow. Today (Stavros) did my work quickly and changed only two parts. He is a very polite, friendly and good-mannered man. It is also very fair. The cost of my work was only ten dollars. Someone I knew for several years told me that I should change the window. Despite that, I believed that there are still good people in the world. God protect him. The rest of the staff are also very good and polite
I am usually very happy with this company’s servies. However, recently they came to install new windows in our bedroom. They took 3 sets of window screens with them to repair. It’s been 3.5 weeks and nothing. I call them every day. They lost the screens. They need to get new ones done, etc. They’ll be in this week, no sorry next week, etc. I’m not happy with them. Because of the missing screens, we lost our 16 year-old geriatric cat for a whole night. I looked for her until 1am until I finally found her. This company’s service needs to improve since the new owner took over from his father. Update: the owner did cut new screens for us at the 4-week mark. Unfortunately they were too small. They redid them the next day and it’s all fixed now. It took 4 weeks but done! Better late than never.
While the job of replacing our old, worn out wood patio doors was done very well there was some issues with the painting of the trim pieces. We had asked for black outside and white inside and some trim pieces inside were painted black. Most of the trim pieces were replaced properly but two years on and we still have black trim pieces in place.
Stavros, Nick, and Chris did an incredible job replacing all the windows in our house during the coldest week of the year. Can’t recommend them enough. Very experienced and professional and half the cost of others we’ve quoted.
Amazing small/med business. The lady at the front desk is very quick and smart it took us 5 minutes to quote the entire home of 15 windows. The price is fantastic great quality and they did it in 5 weeks while most places where offering me 2-3 months delivery. You won't be dissapointed!
