We recently hired Toronto Doors and Windows to replace all the front windows on our three storey home, as well as two on the side, for a total of 8 windows and 1 door. Randy and team were great to deal with from start to finish, they source quality product which is made to spec not too far away, and their install team are super experienced (they did a beautiful job on the install). I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and/or doors!

We are very happy working with Toronto Doors and Windows. We changed all the windows of our home. Total 10 of them and also extended a window. Toronto Doors and Windows was very professional from day one- starting from quote, following up and installation. We recently had 3 exterior doors sourced and installed by Toronto Doors and Windows. This is a very good company. They were very helpful in selecting what we were looking for and the delivery and installation was complete ahead of schedule. Most of the installation was done in one day and they came back a week later once the caulking was dry to do some finishing touches. Very good communication and they made sure we were happy with everything. I will definitely reach out to them when it's time to do the windows next.
started shopping around for window companies in May. I solicited quotes from four companies, and was most impressed by Vitallii, the sales rep from Toronto doors and windows for his professionalism, and attention to my needs. Super nice person, and not at all pushy! Toronto Doors and windows installs windows from Vinylguard, which according to my research is a recommended window manufacturer (read thru the window forum on redflagdeals). I was invited to visit the viynlguard showroom, and again were impressed by the professionalism and courtesy that was extended to us. At the showroom, we were greeted by a person from the VinylGuard management team, and Arash from Toronto Doors (super nice person ). Both made every effort to address all our questions. We left the showroom with good vibes about dealing with Vinylguard and Toronto Doors and Windows. An important thing in selecting the window company is the installer. I did not want to use a company that subs out the work to different contractors. I was specifically looking for a company that uses the same install team for all their projects. Toronto doors and windows I believe uses one of three teams for their doors and window projects. Kyle being one of the teams, I believe has been with Toronto doors and windows for around 10 years. This was important to me, and was the team I requested for my installation. Approx 6-8 weeks elapsed between when I signed the agreement until the actual installation date. Between that time, Arash was responsive to my query for updates regarding the installation date. On the installation date, Kyle and his team arrived, and showed great care for my home; all work areas was protected with drop cloth and swept clean at the end of the day. This was a four day installation; every day I would follow up with Kyle with any concerns, which were promptly addressed. On one occasion, I noticed missing Caulk around the brick of two windows, and marked it with a pencil. Surprisingly, without me asking this was taken care of. Kyle and his team were fantastic; they went over and above the call of duty, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for your installation team if you use Toronto doors and windows. There was a problem with the lock on screen door they installed. Kyle tried to fix it, but later called in the problem. The same evening I received an email from Arash letting me know "don't worry we will take care of it"! It's not often you find a company that cares about their customers. Toronto doors and Windows in my opinion is one of these companies. Gorgeous Windows, Customer Friendly, responsiveness, putting the customer first, are just some reasons I will recommend Toronto doors and windows. It all starts with a phone call!
