Roof installation work was done by a subcontractor of the Company, who worked alone on the roof. Gaps on gables on both sides of the house were left uncovered. These were previously covered. At lease half a dozen times, phone calls were made by me and promises to fix this the following week were made every time. Nothing was done. It has been seven months since full payments for roofing work were made in June 2022. Another roof installer, who was working at a neighbor's roof saw this flaw and commented" And you did not have rainwater inside yet? May be gable overhangs are saving me from flooding, but moisture may be collecting inside; in addition to these slots providing easy access to wasps. There are at least four such slots visible to me from ground. I did not go up the roof to inspect what else is badly done. I will not recommend this contractor to anyone.
Mr Gary and Mr Josh we’re amazing! We had a few quotes from other “recommended businesses”, but Mr Gary knew exactly what needed to be done and gave us great suggestions adding onto our design ideas. His team did an exceptional job and all the workers were very friendly! Both Mr Gary and Mr Josh we’re very helpful and informative with all the questions we had. Both were very efficient and accommodating with changes and inquiries we had. Neighbors have, and still are, complimenting how nice our home renovations are and how modern the house now looks. I would highly recommend this company!
Recently had a new roof installed at our place in Kits. Very pleased with the work that was done. Both Gary and Josh whom I dealt with, as well as their staff ,performed high quality work at VERY competitive prices . The work was done meticulously and everything was cleaned up very nicely once the job was completed. I would most definitely recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat. Am very glad my friend recommended me to them.
