The company’s customer service was exceptional from our first inquiry through to the completion of the work. Our 3 year old HVAC had gotten noisy and Connor was able to quickly diagnose the exact issue (it needed a replacement blower motor). Then he was clear and accurate about his estimate of cost for work to be done. Their pricing is very fair and affordable. [Just a note: I appreciated that they included a photo of Connor with their "technician is on his way" message today—that’s so considerate in these times of having to worry about who might be at the door!] A big thank you to Connor for his expertise and friendly, considerate professionalism.
