My car was broken, with the rear window smashed. Salim from Avenue autoglass fixed the window in short notice on a weekend and went out of his way to source a rear wiper when ICBC wouldn't cover a new one. Amazing quality and really friendly service, I highly recommend!!
My car was broken into. Passenger side door glass was shattered. Avenue Auto Glass had a new window installed for me on the same day!. They dealt with ICBC so I only had my deductible to pay, which was a lot less than the total cost. They also vacuumed out all of the broken glass, filled up my washer fluid and gave me a free bottle of window cleaning solution. I would absolutely recommend them for any glass repairs or replacements. I called about 10 different places with little to no success until I found Avenue Auto Glass. If you're in East Van, don't even bother calling anyone else!.
Someone smashed my passenger window on a Saturday and I was in a panic as to what to do as it was already late afternoon. I called Avenue Glass as they were close, and Salim said come right down...he would put my car inside safely until Monday. He was so kind, even offered me a ride home...and by 11am on Monday, I had a call that my window was fixed. I got the feeling that he truly cares about his customers and was incredibly kind and professional. I hope this never happens again but Avenue Glass is the place to go if it does. Excellent service!
Same day service, booked the day before. Friendly, courteous, on time, good communication. Had a good conversation with Sasan(?) on the courtesy ride home, after dropping off the car. Car was vacuumed and cleaned at pick up, and gifted some glass cleaner, as well. I would return, and I highly recommend. Thank you, Avenue
Just had my windshield replaced this morning. I emailed yesterday, got a quote within 30 mins. Dropped the car at 7:30 AM, they gave me a ride home! Got a call at 11 that the car would be ready at 1. Picked it up at 1 pm after the glue was dry. Perfect service, quick, friendly, not a fingerprint or grease to be found on my car. Owner very much involved in quality assurance, final inspection with me, clear instructions to not run it through the car wash for 2 days etc. Couldn’t be better really! Thanks guys!
