August 15, 2024, Greenmetal Roofing did an amazing job installing a metal roof onto my home. My experience from start to finish was a positive one. Nicholas, sales rep, was knowledgable, professional and did not rush my many questions. The cost was better than others. From the delivery man to the 2 installors, they all arrived at 7am and my roof was completely finished by 3:30pm, with no mess left behind. I have included a before and after pics. I had a great experience with this company and would definitely recommended it anyone that is wishing to have a quality metal roof installed at their house. There are lots of roofers out there, and sometimes it’s hard to choose which one to go with and I can tell you from my experience that you will have a great experience and the phenomenal roof. If you don’t want a headache and thousand problems, you need to speak to John Olczak. Right from the get go, John was prompt and provided all the information I needed. Every time I needed him, he was there and available. The price that was quoted was reasonable and John took the time to share their product line with me. They have a lot of proprietary goodies that others don’t offer and everything he said that was going to be done done. His helpful suggestions ultimately ended up making my house look great. Paul and his team who installed the metal roofing were very professional and neat. They were very courteous and always came in on time and cleaned up afterwards. They did a terrific job and my house looks like a million bucks. I am super happy that I went with this company and I can guarantee you will be too.
Final product looks good. Thought we’d get premium roofers to install the premium roof but typical crew. Cigarette butts all over the property, oil stained road from their truck, cigarettes smudged out on the new roof. 3 weeks to complete the job, not the 3-4 days we were told.

After getting quotes from multiple companies, my husband and I felt most comfortable hiring Green Metal Roofing, and we have no regrets! Their prices are quite reasonable for the market, and they had an excellent variety of roofing styles and colours available. We were impressed by the salesman, John, who seemed not only knowledgeable about the industry but also helpful and accommodating to our needs. He gave us good advice about what would work best for our home and how we might prepare for solar panels in the future, and also gave us peace of mind by conducting an attic inspection before the installation. Communication was always swift, as was his post-installation inspection just 30 minutes after the team was done!
