The team did a thorough assessment of the property and took on extra work when they found additional damage. Their professionalism was evident in every aspect of the job. They provided clear communication throughout the process, including regular photo updates of their progress, which was a nice touch. They cleaned up at the end of each day which me and my neighbours really appreciated. The crew worked incredibly hard. My husband and I noticed a small leak in one of our bedrooms, so we reached out to A-OK Roofing to help diagnose the issue. Ken was super quick at returning my call and he stopped by the same day to take a look. We ended up having our roof re-shingled and new gutters installed the following week. He estimated that the job would take about 3 days but ended up finishing everything in 1.5! Most importantly, we had a few rainfalls since the job was done and there were no leaks in our home! The entire team was respectful, efficient, and hard working. The cost for everything was quite reasonable and he was super communicative throughout the entire process. He sent us pictures throughout the process which I found to be helpful. I couldn't ask for a better team of roofers! I will definitely be reaching out to them in the future regarding gutter cleaning and re-caulking when the time comes. Thanks guys!
Ken was amazing to work with. He was very responsive, knowledgable and answered all my questions and concerns. He replied to my text within five minutes and was doing a site inspection the same week. He identified all the issues and gave me very reasonable quote to have the job completed. He completed the job within the same day. This is all without meeting him in person. Going forward, I would recommend Ken and his team for any roofing needs.
Great team work! AOK roofing came right away, cleaned up really well and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We were desperate for someone to come and they completed the entire roof in 14 hours. They obviously enjoy working together and were extremely professional. We were very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend them to anyone who requires roofing for their home.
Ken and his crew were recommended by my interior designer. Ken went on my roof to assess the problem, explained the issues clearly, and provided a reasonable quote to fix the problem areas, and 'tune-up' the roof all around.
