Mark's focus on customer service was evident from the initial consultation at my house all the way through to the completion of my roofing project. Mark took the time to educate me on various roof shingle options, venting solutions, and sky light options, during the initial consultation and also provided me with the addresses of some of his recent roofing jobs to see some of the various shingle options that I was contemplating, which helped with the decision-making process. Throughout the installation, he and his wonderful team always kept the property clean and tidy at the end of each day. I couldn't be happier with the roofing job, including the ridge vent and skylights installations.

Mark and his team went above and beyond for my house. I asked them to do a repair and while checking it out he was more than happy to inspect my roof for any other damage. He gave me a very reasonable price for quality work and his team went above and beyond to do another separate repair they noticed during their work. Respectful, honest, and hardworking.
We were in need of new skylights to replace old leaking ones and most of the companies would only do it if we replaced the whole roof. Mark from Certified came to our rescue and seamless replaced our old leaking with brand new Velux ones. They look great! From outside Mark and his crew replaced shingles and fixed part of the roof seamlessly integrating new shingles with old like they were always there.
