They were able to split the scope & accommodate our budget, and went above & beyond to ensure our roof was resealed correctly. They will be the first people I recommend for any roofing issues.
Shay and his team did an excellent job replacing an old, leaking skylight. Walked us through the whole process, helping us to make the right choice. Install was extremely professional, organized and clean. Nice to have friendly and considerate workers in the house. Final product looks amazing! Very happy with it and would recommend to all.
Before retiring I managed several large century homes downtown. I have worked with half a dozen roofers. For my own home, Cory Jones of Integrity Roofers was the only one I called who actually got up on my roof to inspect it before quoting. The crew showed up on time, were polite the entire day, cleaned up well (even though it was late on a Friday) and most importantly did excellent work. So grateful for Integrity Roofers! They took on a huge job for my apartment building and worked so hard, to complete it. I have had many positive experiences with this company. The most recent one was yesterday when Shay came on a Sunday to help address a leak in my skylight. While he was up on my roof, he also fixed some defects he noticed in my chimney caulking/seal without charge. Some other roofing companies seem to lose interest the moment you tell them you have a 'small job' and are not getting your entire roof done, but Shay and his team have always taken the time to listen to my concerns, provide timely and quality service, and provide a reasonable quote. To reiterate, the fact that Shay was willing to come on a Sunday to help address my issue AND went out of his way to fix unrelated defects that he noticed gives me a strong impression that they care for their customers and are dedicated to doing quality work. I ended up going with them to do the full skylight repair -- my current one is 12-13 years old and is beyond saving. I'll post another review or update this one when the full repair is done.
