We had Johnathan and Noah install 3 windows for us today. They were amazing. They were prompt, their workmanship excellent, were courteous and cleaned up as if they were never their. A very honest, reputable company. We highly recommend them.
2 years ago Mike (the owner) came to install our door. We loved it, and the customer service with everyone we talked to was THE BEST!!! We live quite a distance from their travel area but we wanted this door so badly, he agreed to come install it himself. Flash forward our new house has now settled causing the door to not latch properly. I let Mike know and he said he’d come fix it (2 hours away) He just came through a crazy snow storm, ditched his truck and STILL showed up and fixed the problem in no time at all. If customer service is what you’re looking for, there is no better place out there. We will always continue to support this awesome business and send referrals (even if Mike never wants to come back to this area ever again) ahha Thank you Mike and Better windows and doors team, we appreciate you!!!!
This is my 3rd experience with Better Windows & Doors. My first experience was about 12-13 years ago and I would still recommend them over & over. This was their second visit at my current home. They are prompt with appts for quotes and installs. The staff are friendly and do a great job including clean up. The owner Mike was also on the job working along side his crew. The install looks great and I am very happy to give this company 5 star!!!
We had Jordan, McKay and Jordan from better windows and doors install a bay window and patio door. They are friendly professional and accommodating. They have pride in their work they did not leave until everything was cleaned up including blowing sawdust off driveway. They removing stickers from windows and also cleaned the glass. The full process was fantastic they use and sell best products on the market. Mike,David,Kathleen and Sarah are very helpful and made our purchase easy.
