Movers were unable to dissemble bed, despite dissembling and assembling bed being part of the initial quote, damaged the bed and have had to have it professionally repaired. Very unprofessional. Would never use this company and recommend you keep looking to find movers who will help make a hard day easier rather than harder.
This company came recommend from a friend. So I chose to hire them to move my 1 bedroom apartment. I was billed till 240pm and they left at 220pm. I have 2 dressers and both were damaged, chonks were taken out of both of them on the bottom. I reached out to the company several times after I paid them and it was discovered by myself that they had damaged my property. No response, which was expected. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company. I wouldn't trust them to move an empty box let alone anything of value. They were quick to get intouch with me about a quote, but no response after they received payment and rectifying the situation with my unrepairable dressers.
